Food & Nutrition

I understand how important good nutrition is for growing children. I follow the latest Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidance on nutrition to ensure every meal and snack supports your child’s health, growth, and development. All our food is freshly prepared from scratch, using wholesome, seasonal ingredients, with plenty of variety to keep little taste buds interested and happy.

Healthy Food

Our daily menus include balanced meals with plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins. We encourage children to try new flavours and textures in a relaxed, positive environment. Typical meals might include homemade soups, pasta dishes, fresh fruit platters, and homemade breads or muffins. We also provide healthy snacks such as vegetable sticks, cheese, crackers, and yoghurt.
